Toasted seed and nut topping for oatmeal

Lately I have been experimenting with nuts and seeds after taking a friends cooking class. I don´t like making things that take a ton of time and this is something that only takes minutes to make. It can´t get any simpler! I made this no-recipe topping for oatmeal to add some protein and nutrients and to give my oatmeal some crunch. All it is is toasted seeds and nuts, nothing more. Here is what I did:

On a toaster over baking sheet I added the following about 3 Tablespoons of all of the following:

Dried unsweetened coconut

Sunflower seeds

Chia seeds

Flax seeds

Almonds

Pecans

I toasted them for 10 minutes at 250 degrees Fahrenheit and put them in an airtight container. That´s it. Simple. Delicious. Nutritious.

Here I added it to some left-over brown rice I had for breakfast, but normally it is oatmeal.
